Häusler Contemporary | Munich
Häusler Contemporary was established by Wolfgang and Christa Häusler in Bregenz in 1989 and has been growing ever since, with spaces in Switzerland, Germany and most recently Austria. The Häuslers specialize in contemporary conceptual art, working with advisors, collectors, curators and art-lovers from across the globe to promote emerging and established artists. Alongside its rich exhibition program, Häusler Contemporary publishes books on its artists, including James Turrell, Keith Sonnier, Hamish Fulton and Craig Yu. Häusler Contemporary Zürich opened its doors in 2007 to become the second active gallery space. In 2013, a third space opened in the modernist 2226 Lustenau building, shortlisted for the Mies van der Rohe Award.
