Paintings from the 1960s

The colorful, abstract geometric forms reflected in Gorski’s work manifest the tenets of minimalism, pop and color field post-War art of the 1960s. Gorski made his debut in the landmark group exhibition, Primary Structures, at the Jewish Museum in 1966. Gorski was the youngest artist featured among other minimalist artists, including: Carl Andre, Larry Bell, Walter De Maria, Dan Flavin, Judy Chicago, Donald Judd, and Sol LeWitt.
