About The Artist - Devin Farrand
Devin Farrand uses raw, industrial materials such as etched and sandblasted aluminum and steel plates to create unique, aesthetic objects. In contrast to the physical weight of his materials, his process generates reflective, light sensitive, dynamic surfaces that affect an atmospheric quality. Farrand (b. 1986) received his MFA from Cranbrook Academy of Art in 2011. He lives and works in Los Angeles, CA.
