Patrick Pietropoli is a contemporary artist working on cityscapes and street scenes along with figural compositions and delicate nudes. He paints carefully articulated architecture of New-York, Paris, Rome and Venice as well as intimate portrayal of the feminine figure always finding a perfect balance between freedom and forme.
He started showing in the U.S in 2003, making his way from New-York to San Francisco through Boston. He was also commissioned a monumental pair of obelisks for the Mutualité du Pas de Calais and historical portrait paintings for the Crema Museum in Italy. He is now a full time American resident.
