Artist biography

Stories about entropy by Anthony Ngoya (1995), who is interested in the passage of time, memory and memory, in a meeting that does not generate what happened, but offers different possibilities. The materials are “banal”, lived through, unforeseen, the support frames conceived, stained: an uncomplicated process of repair, disassembly and reassembly of found objects, whereby his studio is completely taken, with surprising revelations as a result. The overlapping of signs interweaves connections between the real, the artificial and the imaginary at the core of the works; images that arise like a journey through a tunnel of which we do not know the end.
