Artist biography

Born in Buenos Aires in 1984. He started to study fine Arts in 2002 at the National Institute of Art (IUNA). In 2004 he decided to quit and continue as a self-taught artist, reinforcing his acknowledgements with courses given by local artists. Some of these courses are “A toolbox” dictated by Eduardo Stupía (Universidad Torcuato Di Tella, 2012 and 2013).

The future projects are: Individual exhibition in Stone Sparrow Gallery NYC and Art Fairs in Rusia, Perú and Toronto, all this has been postponed due to COVID-19. He has been working with Quimera Gallery (BsAs) since the year 2011, with Stone Sparrow since 2019 (New York) and Daniel Raphael Gallery (London) since 2020. In 2018 he was selected in the UADE contemporary art prize and made his 3rd solo show at Quimera Gallery. In 2017 he won a scholarship to participate in Encontro de artistas Novos in Santiago de Compostela, Spain and was selected in the national prize ITAU cultural. In 2016 was selected in the national prize ITAU cultural and made his second solo show in Quimera Gallery “Universos paralelos". In 2015 he is a finalist in the National Painting Biennial Rafaela 2015 and MACA museum gives the 1st award at the National Exhibition of Contemporary Art 2015 and participate in “bosquejar esbozar proyectar” at quimera Gallery - where he is selected to perform a site specific artwork; “hablar con las manos, escuchar con los ojos” in ICBC foundation; “verdadero, falso, ambos” at Centro cultural San Martin, 2014; “Legado” at Quimera Gallery, is finalist in the Young Art Biennial of Buenos Aires and selected in ITAU cultural; in 2012 he participated in “Mil y un mujeres” Cámara de comercio of Buenos Aires, and in 2011 he was selected in drawing category in the Salón de Mayo, Museum Rosa Galisteo (Santa Fe) in which is recognized with a mention of his work. Along this year he participated in numerous individual and group exhibitions.

Also has participated in several art fairs around the world, some of them are France, Perú, Canada, Pakistan, Barcelona, Uruguay, USA, Russia and Germany. And is included in private collections around the world.
